Do you practice Dual Agency?
If you’re interviewing agents, this is an important question to ask.
In the majority of real estate transactions, a Buyer’s Agent represents the Buyer, and a Seller’s Agent represents the seller. Dual Agency is a legal practice in Washington State in which one agent is representing both the Buyer and the Seller.
I choose not to engage in dual agency for one simple reason: It is simply not possible for me to get a Seller the very best price & terms while simultaneously negotiating the very best price & terms for a Buyer.
What does this mean for you?
When you work with me, you are guaranteed that I am protecting only your best interest.
