Island Place Townhomes - Before/After
When I started listing the Island Place single family homes for sale back in 2016, I had a decent amount of staging stuff. Fast forward to the sale of the last single family home earlier this year.... 2 giant storage units and a box truck later, lovingly named the "Cash-Box," the level of staging has evolved.
The single family homes were pretty coastal. Blues, grays, anchors, whales, etc. I've decided to do a more contemporary look for the town homes.

I'm in love with the geometric table in the center. I might have a gold problem as well, but that's another topic for another time... 😉

Dining room before...
Don't even get me started on the need for professional photography. This dining room is light & bright, but my cell phone just doesn't capture the light at all.
After...
Stick with the neutral furniture and add the pops of color with your accessories. Also, tulips. I love tulips. My declaration of love for tulips has nothing to do staging. I just wanted you to know how much I need tulips in my life.
