Nuang Mai Thai Kitchen
Boasting a 4.5-star overall Yelp review, this Naung Mai Thai Kitchen has 2 locations—one in Oak Harbor, and one in Anacortes. You can easily order food online (for either pick-up or delivery), and their extensive menu features soups, salads, noodles, fried rice, curry, and several special entrees, appetizers, and desserts. Yelp reviewers love the quality of the food, and standout dishes include the Pad Thai, Panang Curry, Spicy Seafood Special, the Crab Fried Rice, and the Pad See Ew.
Midway Barber Shop
This Oak Harbor barber shop at 41 NE Midway Blvd # 104, Oak Harbor, WA 98277 is a Whidbey Island staple. A few years ago, Midway Barber Shop was featured in the Whidbey News-Times, and with good reason—this local Whidbey Island barber shop has been around for over 30 years, cutting hair and serving the community! They only accept cash or check, and people on Google reviews consistently give this shop 5 stars, commending them for quick, no fuss haircuts, great conversation, and “down to earth” service.
