Local Lift Comfort in Coupeville Edition: Bayleaf, Toby’s Tavern, Front Street Grill GIVEAWAY

The theme of this week’s Local Lift is “Comfort in Coupeville”! This past weekend was Daylight Savings, and since it’s time to “fall back,” this means the days get darker earlier. This also means (in my opinion!) that it’s definitely time for some comfort food! All of the Whidbey Island businesses featured in this Local Lift know how to do delicious comfort food, and they are all local favorites.

If you’re new here, welcome! At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, I started this Local Lift feature as a “small business boost.” How it works is I purchase gift cards to local small businesses to give away to the Whidbey Island community, and spotlight the businesses along the way.

For those of you who have been following along for awhile now—thank you so much! Thank you for joining me in giving all of our incredible small businesses here on Whidbey Island a “boost” during these tough times!

This week’s giveaway includes:

  • Two $75 gift cards to Bayleaf

  • Two $60 gift certificates to Toby’s Tavern

  • Two $65 gift certificates to Front Street Grill

Winners will be drawn at random. To enter, head on over to this Facebook post and follow the instructions. (All you have to do is leave a comment on the linked Facebook post to enter!) Deadline for giveaway entries is 5pm PST on Tuesday, November 16.
